This presentation serves as a post-processing for your avatar test pre-work. Hopefully, these activities help you get a better idea of your own leadership style/s. You get to be aware of your strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes. Certainly, no leadership style is perfect since you cannot expect to work with people with the same leadership style as you (i.e. all Air or all Water). Every Crew needs a balance of the four elements that complement one another and addresses the weaknesses and limitations of the other. This framework also allows you to better understand the differences you might have with members of your team. We hope that this framework will be useful throughout your leadership journey.
